What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations, frequencies and magic from alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, instruments and voice to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body and mind.

What Can I Expect During a Session?

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while I play a variety of instruments and the crystal bowls. In my sessions we start with a group conversation, visualisation exercises, relaxation techniques and end with journalling prompts and oracle cards.

Do I Need Experience or Preparation?

No prior experience is needed. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to relax. It’s best to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol immediately before the session.

What Should I Bring?

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on A blanket and pillow for warmth and support A water bottle An eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)

What Should I Wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Layers are ideal, as body temperature can change during deep relaxation.

How Long Does A Sound Healing Session Last?

Typical sessions last between 60 and 75minutes, including a short introduction and grounding period at the end.

Is Sound Healing Safe For Everyone?

Sound healing is generally safe. However, people with the following conditions should consult their doctor before attending: Epilepsy (especially sound- or vibration-triggered) Metal implants or pacemakers Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia) Early stages of pregnancy

Can I Fall Asleep During A Session?

Yes! Many people do. Even if you fall asleep, the body still absorbs the healing frequencies.
