I create experiences that bring together sound, stillness, ritual and nature, always with the intention of creating a space where you can feel comfortable enough to slow down and simply be.
I believe we all need places where we don't have to perform, achieve or keep going.
Places where we can exhale.
That's what I hope to create for you.

MY JOURNEY
I started sound healing because it was a practice that I have benefited from and I really would like to help people find the same relaxation, calm and peace I have experienced. I have been on my own spiritual path throughout this lifetime and I have tried many healing modalities. I experienced my first sound journey in Mexico and it really resonated with me, helping me on a deep level to relax, go within, come back to self and I just knew I had a calling to work with sound. I had one of those zing moments when your entire body lights up and you know that you are truly aligned! I have explored this ever since, trained in sounding healing, specifically with crystal singing bowls. I have deepening my practice with further advanced trainings in sound and a number of other healing modalities including Belief Coding, Reiki and Breathwork. I love bringing people together in community, helping others on their healing journey, sharing knowledge and lifting each other up.
The beautiful crystal bowls sound ethereal to me and are powerful healers. They are pure magic! The cosmic crystal bowls I use are made from high quality 99.995% quartz and the alchemy bowls are infused with a blend of either precious gemstones, metals or minerals which elevate your healing with the purest sound frequencies. They are beautiful and are my bowl babies!
I live in a beautiful village in Cambridgeshire with my two amazing dogs that I brought back from India. They turned up on my doorstep one day and after five months became family so I flew them home and they now have the best life. They certainly landed on their paws!
I am also honoured to be a Co-Founder of We Free Women and work alongside an incredible team who organise fully funded retreats for women who really deserve and need a break. I absolutely love the work we do and find it so rewarding paying it forward. We get just as much back as we give.
